When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way. During busy seasons (holidays, sales), please allow an extra day or two.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US. International orders vary by location—usually 10-15 business days. Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping at checkout.

My Tracking Number Hasn't Updated

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after your order ships. If it's been longer than that and still says "label created," contact us at [email] with your order number, and we'll investigate.

I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address At Checkout

Contact us immediately at [email] with your order number and correct address. If we haven't shipped yet, we can update it. Once it's shipped, we unfortunately can't redirect packages—but we'll help you find a solution.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your location. Expanding soon!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

US orders over $100 get free standard shipping! Under that, shipping starts at $5.99. International rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Something I Want Is Out Of Stock—Will It Come Back?

Most items do restock! Click "Notify Me" on the product page to get an email when it's back. Popular items like blind boxes and vinyl stickers usually return within 4-6 weeks. Limited editions may not restock, so grab them when you see them.

Can I Include A Gift Note With My Order?

Absolutely! During checkout, there's a "Gift Message" box where you can add a personal note. We'll include it in the package—no prices or receipts included. Perfect for gifting stickers, collectibles, or custom bundles!

I Was Charged Twice For One Order

When Will I Be Charged For My Order?

Your card is charged as soon as you complete checkout. For pre-orders or custom bundles, you'll be charged when your items are ready to ship.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's Your Return Policy?
